Annual continuity
Best for an operating Bahrain company that wants regular oversight, advance reminders, coordinated action and clear status reporting across the year.
Bahrain Company Continuity
Trustlic helps existing Bahrain companies organise recurring obligations, deadlines and follow-up through one annual relationship, so the company file remains clear and the next action is known.
Bahrain is our home market and direct operating base. Trustlic performs agreed corporate-administration work where permitted. Trustlic does not itself provide legal, tax, VAT, audit or other regulated professional services. That work is performed under a separate engagement by an appropriately qualified independent provider, who remains responsible for its professional advice and deliverables.
The preferred model
The annual relationship is designed for companies that want recurring obligations managed as one connected calendar. A defined one-off assignment remains available when the need is genuinely limited.
Best for an operating Bahrain company that wants regular oversight, advance reminders, coordinated action and clear status reporting across the year.
When the requirement is limited to a specific renewal, company-record change or other identified matter, Trustlic can review and coordinate a clearly scoped assignment. We will explain if connected obligations make annual support more suitable.
What we coordinate
Under the agreed annual retainer, monthly payment coordination, CR renewal preparation, audit timetable follow-up and other relevant obligations can be managed on one working calendar. The final scope follows the company’s actual activity, people, records and current position.
Where applicable, Trustlic coordinates the payment process only. The client supplies authorised instructions and funds; government, utility and independent-provider amounts are separate from Trustlic’s fee. Every action remains subject to current requirements and the decisions of the relevant authority or appointed provider.Record the Commercial Registration (CR) expiry and other agreed annual dates, begin the authorised review well before the relevant due date, and coordinate preparation and follow-up under the current requirements.
Where applicable, review available invoices or account positions each month for the Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA), Social Insurance Organization (SIO) and Electricity and Water Authority (EWA), alert the client before due dates, request authorised instructions and funds, then coordinate payment and retain the available confirmation.
For company types required to file audited annual reports, work back from the applicable Ministry of Industry and Commerce (MOIC) deadline, currently within six months of the financial year-end, and coordinate with the appointed independent licensed auditor. The auditor remains responsible for the audit, opinion and formal submission.
Coordinate agreed requirements involving owners, managers, beneficial ownership, meetings, activities, address, authorised persons and other corporate records.
Keep relevant employer, employee and portal matters connected to the wider company calendar, with separate qualified providers appointed where regulated work is required.
Provide concise updates showing what is complete, what is approaching and what is needed next, helping the client support the company’s continuing good standing without promising an authority outcome or processing time.

Clear accountability
Reviews the file, prepares the working calendar, advises on next actions, coordinates the agreed work and reports progress.
Provides accurate information, timely decisions, authorised instructions and the funds needed for government or third-party payments.
Independent regulated providers remain responsible for their professional advice and deliverables. Government authorities issue official documents, set requirements and fees, and control their own decisions and processing times.
