Kept in good standing,all year.

Trustlic provides ongoing compliance oversight, deadline monitoring and coordination across all six GCC markets through one accountable relationship.

Bahrain is our home market and strongest direct-delivery base. We lead the advisory, calendar and coordination work. In Bahrain, we may perform eligible corporate administration tasks where permitted; trusted local or regulated providers are appointed whenever the jurisdiction or assignment requires them.

What the service covers

Four areas of recurring obligation, held on one calendar.

Across the GCC, a company may carry obligations to several authorities at once, each on its own timetable. Ongoing support brings the agreed work onto one working calendar, managed by a Trustlic account manager who knows the company file.

The exact authorities, portals and procedures vary by market; the scope is tailored to the company’s activity, structure, workforce and existing registrations.

In Bahrain, Trustlic can perform many agreed PRO and corporate administration tasks directly where permitted, using trusted third parties when needed. In Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait and Oman, we coordinate suitable local providers, represent the client’s requirements and follow the work through.

How the year runs

One onboarding, then a year of quiet.

Quiet does not mean inactive. It means the calendar is visible, the next action is known and avoidable last-minute surprises are reduced.

  1. 01

    Compliance review

We review the company registration, licences, permits, filings and portal access, then identify what is current, outstanding or approaching.

  2. 02

    Your annual calendar

Every known deadline is placed on one working calendar, with enough lead time for documents, approvals and third-party coordination.

  3. 03

    Coordination

Trustlic coordinates the agreed actions and follow-up, keeps the client informed and works with appropriately appointed local or regulated providers where required.

  4. 04

The client receives clear status updates and a regular review before the next service period begins.

Bahrain depth

Bahrain is Trustlic’s home market and direct operating base. Trustlic is licensed by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce under CR No. 142136-1.

GCC coordination

Across Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait and Oman, Trustlic coordinates suitable local providers for the relevant market and assignment.

One point of contact

A named account manager keeps the company file connected instead of passing the client between unrelated contacts and providers.

Clear boundaries

Legal, tax, audit and other regulated work remains the responsibility of the appropriately appointed professional provider.

How the fee is set

A clear scope for the company you actually operate.

The annual fee reflects the size of the company, the number of employees, the volume of recurring work and the existing condition of the company file.

    Commercial registration, activities and licences

  2. 02

Number of owners, managers and employees

  3. 03

Government portals, permits and renewal volume

Frequently asked questions

Understand the service before you commit.

These answers are general. The company review determines the exact annual scope, responsibilities, external costs and timing assumptions.

01Do you provide ongoing compliance support?

Yes. Trustlic can coordinate an ongoing PRO, government-relations and corporate compliance engagement for companies operating in the GCC. Bahrain is Trustlic’s home market and strongest direct-delivery base. In other GCC markets, or where specialist authority is required, Trustlic coordinates appropriate local or regulated providers.

02Is ongoing support only for newly incorporated companies?

No. The support can assist a newly established company or an existing GCC business that wants to consolidate recurring obligations and improve visibility over deadlines.

03What information do you need to prepare a scope?

We normally begin with the GCC market, company registration or licence number, activity, approximate employee count, existing portal access and any known upcoming deadlines or outstanding matters.

04Does Trustlic perform every task directly?

No. In Bahrain, Trustlic can perform many agreed PRO and corporate-administration tasks directly where permitted, and may use trusted third parties when needed. In other GCC markets, and for legal, tax, audit or other regulated work, Trustlic coordinates an appropriate provider and remains the client’s central point of contact.

05Are government fees included in the annual fee?

The proposal separates Trustlic fees from government charges, third-party fees and payments made on the client’s behalf. This lets the client understand both the recurring service fee and the variable external costs.

06Can Trustlic guarantee authority processing times?

No. Trustlic provides experienced timing estimates, prepares and follows the work, and communicates delays. Ministries, regulators and other institutions control their own processing times and decisions.

07Does Trustlic provide legal, tax or audit advice?

Trustlic is not a law firm, regulated tax adviser or audit firm. When such work or sign-off is required, it is carried out by an appropriately appointed professional provider. Trustlic can coordinate the relationship.

08Can the support change as the company grows?

Yes. The scope can be reviewed when the company changes activity, adds employees, updates ownership, opens another location or takes on new recurring obligations.

Trustlic Group is an independent corporate advisory firm. It is not a government body and is not affiliated with any government authority. Official documents are issued by the relevant authorities, and government fees are payable to those authorities. Where local or regulated execution is required, the appointed provider remains responsible for that work.
