Choose the right environment

Incubation is not one standard package. The provider and purpose must fit.

An incubator, accelerator and business centre can serve different purposes. The available categories, licences, admission conditions and facilities also vary by jurisdiction.

Trustlic verifies the proposed arrangement before presenting it as part of the establishment or operating route.
01

Business incubator

Structured support for an early-stage business, which may include workspace, guidance, mentoring and business-development services for a defined period.

02

Business accelerator

A more intensive and usually time-limited programme intended to help an existing start-up develop, test, grow or prepare for its next stage.

03

Business centre or co-working space

Premises and operational facilities that may support licensing, workspace and practical business needs, subject to the provider and local rules.

04

Virtual or hybrid incubation

Remote or partly physical support where recognised and permitted, with the exact address, licensing and programme conditions verified locally.

What Trustlic coordinates

From the first assessmentto graduation and the next stage.

A full incubation relationship can involve company formation, premises, development support, specialists and continuing corporate work. Trustlic helps keep these parts connected.

When clients call us

The founder may need an environment, not only a filing service.

Clients normally approach Trustlic when a new or expanding business needs a connected route into establishment, workspace, enterprise support and practical operation.

01

An entrepreneur is preparing to establish

The founder may have a clear commercial idea but still needs a suitable structure, working environment and organised route into operation.

02

A new company needs more than registration

The licence may be only the beginning. The business may also need premises, administration, mentoring, systems and continuing support.

03

An international founder needs a soft landing

A business entering the GCC may need a local working base, trusted providers and help understanding how the market operates in practice.

04

A start-up needs a stronger development structure

The business may benefit from defined milestones, experienced mentors, useful networks and clearer preparation for growth.

05

A provider relationship needs coordination

The incubator may supply the programme and facilities, while the founder still needs one party to connect the wider corporate and operating work.

06

The incubation period is coming to an end

The business may need to plan its next premises, renewals, providers and continuing corporate support before it leaves the programme.

How the relationship develops

Assess. Match. Establish. Incubate.

The process connects provider selection with the company’s establishment, launch, support programme and transition to its next operating stage.

  1. 01Assess

Understand the business and the support it actually needs.

We review the founder, activity, business stage, intended market, workspace needs and the practical result expected from incubation.

  2. 02Match

    Compare appropriate providers and programmes.

Trustlic identifies suitable licensed or approved providers and coordinates eligibility, scope, facilities, fees, responsibilities and admission requirements.

  3. 03Establish

Connect admission with the company’s practical launch.

We coordinate the provider relationship with company formation, workspace, specialists, records and the first operating requirements.

  4. 04Incubate

Keep the programme and wider business needs connected.

Trustlic follows progress, helps coordinate agreed support and prepares the company for renewal, graduation or its next stage.

Clear responsibilities

One coordinated relationship.Three distinct roles.

Trustlic coordinates the wider assignment. The selected provider remains responsible for its programme and facilities. The client remains responsible for accurate information, participation and final business decisions.

01

Trustlic

Assesses the requirement, helps select the provider, coordinates admission and connected corporate work, monitors progress and keeps communication visible.

02

Incubator or business centre

Provides the approved programme, workspace, facilities and support within its own licence, agreement and operating responsibilities.

03

The client

Provides accurate information, satisfies admission and authority requirements, approves costs and decisions, and participates actively in the programme.

Professional boundary

Coordination by Trustlic. Incubation by the appointed provider.

Trustlic does not operate the incubator, accelerator, business centre or co-working facility. We assess the requirement, help select an appropriate provider and coordinate the relationship.

Incubation facilities, programmes, workspace arrangements and specialist services are supplied by appropriately licensed, approved or authorised third-party providers in the relevant jurisdiction. Each provider remains responsible for its own licence, facilities, services and commitments.

Frequently asked questions

Understand the programme before entering it.

These answers provide general orientation. Availability, eligibility and permitted services depend on the provider, activity and current rules of the relevant jurisdiction.

01What is the difference between an incubator and a business centre?

An incubator normally provides a structured development environment for an early-stage business. A business centre may primarily provide premises, address and operating facilities. Some providers combine both roles, but the licence, programme and permitted services should be checked in the relevant jurisdiction.

02Does Trustlic operate the incubator?

No. Trustlic assesses and coordinates the relationship. The appointed incubator, accelerator or business centre supplies its programme, facilities and services and remains responsible for its own licence and commitments.

03Can any business enter an incubation programme?

No. Eligibility may depend on the jurisdiction, provider, activity, business stage, founder, innovation criteria, available capacity and programme objectives. The provider or relevant authority makes its own admission decision.

04Can the incubator provide the company’s registered address?

It may be possible where the provider, premises and local rules permit it. The exact address and workspace arrangement must be verified before company establishment or a change of address is approved.

05Can an international founder use this service?

Potentially, yes. Trustlic can help an international entrepreneur or company compare suitable soft-landing and incubation routes, subject to activity, ownership, immigration, admission and local establishment requirements.

06Does incubation guarantee a company licence or residence permit?

No. Admission to a programme does not replace the independent decision of a licensing, immigration or other authority. Trustlic coordinates applications and provides reasoned timing estimates but cannot guarantee approval.

07Will the programme provide funding?

Not necessarily. Some programmes may offer grants, incentives, investor access or funding-readiness support, while others do not. No investment or funding outcome is guaranteed.

08What services can be included during incubation?

Depending on the provider, the arrangement may include workspace, mentoring, business planning, training, networking, administrative support and specialist introductions. The approved scope should identify what is included and what costs extra.

09Can Trustlic coordinate other company services as well?

Yes. Trustlic can connect the incubation relationship with company formation, PRO and compliance, HR, accounting-provider coordination, systems, trademark and brand requirements according to the agreed scope.

10How long does incubation last?

The period depends on the provider and programme. Some arrangements are linked to defined milestones or a fixed term. Renewal, graduation and exit conditions should be understood before admission.

11How are fees presented?

The proposal separates Trustlic’s coordination fee from provider charges, rent or workspace costs, government fees, professional-provider fees and expected disbursements. Changes are explained before the approved scope is expanded.

12What information is needed for an initial review?

We normally begin with the founder, business activity, sector, current stage, intended jurisdiction, ownership, team, workspace needs, expected timing and the main support the business requires.
