For organisations

People systems that support the business, not slow it down.

HR becomes difficult when responsibilities are unclear, employment documents have developed separately and everyday people decisions depend on memory. We help turn those separate pieces into a practical working framework.

The scope is tailored to the company’s size, jurisdiction, management capacity and stage of growth.
01

Workforce planning

Translate the operating plan into a practical view of the people, responsibilities and reporting structure the company needs.

  • Initial workforce and organisation planning
  • Reporting-line and accountability mapping
  • Headcount priorities and implementation sequencing
  • Coordination with establishment and expansion plans
02

Roles & responsibilities

Create clearer positions so owners, managers and employees understand what each role is expected to deliver.

  • Role profiles and job descriptions
  • Responsibility and approval mapping
  • Core objectives and practical performance measures
  • Review of overlapping or unclear responsibilities
03

Employment documentation & policies

Coordinate a usable set of employment documents and internal policies, with appropriate local professional review where required.

  • Employment-document framework and coordination
  • Employee handbook and essential workplace policies
  • Leave, conduct, confidentiality and approval procedures
  • Local legal or specialist review coordination
04

Onboarding, performance & lifecycle

Build repeatable processes for the important moments between a person joining the company and eventually leaving it.

  • Onboarding and probation workflows
  • Performance-review structures
  • Promotion, change and offboarding processes
  • Manager guidance and employee-file checklists
05

Connected HR administration

Keep the people process connected with PRO, employment permits, payroll inputs and the company’s continuing obligations.

  • Employee information and document administration
  • PRO and permit-process coordination
  • Payroll-input and provider coordination
  • Recurring HR calendar and record support

Confidential individual advisory

Important career decisions deservemore than an informal conversation.

A senior appointment, promotion, international move or transition into business ownership can affect income, reputation, family arrangements and long-term professional standing.

Trustlic helps individuals understand the opportunity, organise their priorities and prepare for structured discussions with employers, boards, family businesses and investors.

We do not find jobs or represent employers. Our role is to support the individual making the decision.

Individual service areas

Prepare the position, not only the conversation.

The scope is shaped around the importance and complexity of the decision. It is not ordinary career coaching, CV writing or recruitment support.

01

Opportunity and role assessment

Examine the proposed position, responsibilities, expectations, reporting structure, decision-makers and information that should be clarified before committing.

02

Executive appointment proposals

Prepare a structured vision explaining what the individual intends to build, the objectives proposed and the resources required to deliver them.

03

Remuneration and benefits preparation

Organise commercial expectations covering salary, allowances, benefits, performance bonuses, joining arrangements and other important terms.

04

Incentives and potential equity

Identify the commercial questions behind profit-related incentives, long-term awards or possible ownership, then coordinate appropriate specialist review.

05

Stakeholder and negotiation planning

Understand who influences the decision, what each person is likely to require and the most appropriate sequence for presenting the proposal.

06

Transition, resignation and handover

Plan the movement from the current role to the new position, including timing, responsibilities and matters that should be settled before resigning.

07

Executive profile and professional standing

Coordinate an executive biography, professional profile and supporting materials that accurately reflect the individual’s experience and intended position.

  • Considering a leadership appointment
  • Negotiating a promotion or revised package

How the work develops

Understand. Design. Implement. Support.

We begin with the operating reality, build only what the company needs and help move the approved framework into day-to-day use.

  1. 01Understand

Begin with the company and its people reality.

We review the business model, existing team, management structure, planned growth and the practical HR issues already affecting the organisation.

  2. 02Design

Build a framework that fits the way the company operates.

We design the agreed roles, policies, employee processes, records and responsibility structure around the company’s scale and management capacity.

  3. 03Implement

Turn approved documents into working habits.

Trustlic helps introduce the framework, coordinate specialist review, brief the relevant managers and connect the work with PRO, payroll and administration.

  4. 04Support

Keep the framework useful as the company changes.

We can provide agreed follow-up, calendar support and coordination when new employees, locations, roles or operating requirements are added.

A connected operation

The employee file touchesmore than HR.

Onboarding, permits, payroll information, policy implementation and company records often move together. Trustlic keeps the workstreams connected and coordinates the appropriate providers where specialist input is required.

01

Roles, policies, employee processes, records and manager responsibilities.

02

PRO & permits

Employment and residence-permit administration coordinated with the relevant company and authority records.

03

Payroll & accounting

Clear employee information and approved inputs coordinated with the appointed payroll or accounting provider.

04

Compliance & specialists

Appropriately qualified local review where employment, legal or other specialist input is required.

Clear professional boundary

Practical HR support, with the right specialists involved.

Trustlic provides strategic HR, career and commercial coordination. We are not a recruitment agency, law firm, tax adviser or regulated financial adviser.

Employment contracts, equity rights, tax consequences and other regulated matters are referred to appropriately qualified professionals in the relevant jurisdiction. Trustlic can coordinate the appointment and keep the wider project connected.

Frequently asked questions

Understand the support before defining the scope.

These answers provide general orientation. The appropriate approach depends on whether the enquiry concerns an organisation or an individual, the relevant jurisdiction and the nature of the requirement.

01Is Trustlic a recruitment agency?

No. Trustlic does not advertise vacancies or accept job applications. We support organisations with people structures and processes, and individuals who already have an important opportunity, negotiation or transition to manage.

02Can you help before the company hires its first employee?

Yes. That can be the best time to define the initial organisation, priority roles, employment-document framework, onboarding process and responsibility for recurring employee administration.

03Can one HR framework be used across all six GCC countries?

A group can have shared principles and processes, but local employment requirements and operating practices differ. Trustlic can coordinate the core framework and arrange appropriate local professional input for country-specific implementation.

04Does Trustlic provide employment-law advice?

Trustlic is not a law firm and does not present HR consultancy as legal advice. Where legal review or advice is required, it is provided by an appropriately appointed professional firm. Trustlic can coordinate that relationship and the wider project.

05Can HR support connect with PRO and payroll work?

Yes. Employee records, permits, payroll inputs, onboarding and offboarding often affect one another. Trustlic’s role is to help keep these workstreams connected while each provider remains responsible for its specialist work.

06Is the service a one-off project or ongoing support?

It can be either. A company may begin with a defined project to create or reorganise its HR framework, then agree ongoing coordination or periodic review according to its needs.

07What do you need to prepare an initial scope?

We normally begin with the company structure, jurisdiction, employee count, organisation chart if available, existing policies or employment documents, known HR concerns and the expected growth plan.

08Is individual HR advisory only for chief executives?

No. It is intended for executives, senior professionals and individuals facing a significant appointment, negotiation or professional transition.

09Can Trustlic help negotiate my remuneration?

We can help define your priorities, organise the proposed terms and prepare for the discussion. We cannot guarantee that an employer will accept any particular term.

10Can Trustlic review my employment contract?

We can help identify the commercial and practical matters requiring attention. Formal legal review is performed by an appropriately qualified employment lawyer in the relevant jurisdiction, whose appointment Trustlic can coordinate.

11Can you advise me about shares or equity?

We can help structure the commercial questions and coordinate the process. Legal, tax and financial consequences must be reviewed by appropriately qualified professionals.

12Will you contact my employer?

Not unless this forms part of an agreed engagement and you have expressly authorised the communication. Initial discussions remain confidential.

13Can you help me leave employment and establish a business?

Yes. The HR transition can be coordinated with Trustlic’s Corporate Services and Market Entry work, including appropriate company-establishment support.
