This notice explains how Trustlic Group handles personal information through this website and its initial enquiry forms.

When you submit an enquiry, we may collect your name, work or private email address, telephone number, country, company or role, relevant service or GCC market, timing and the business context you choose to provide.
We may also receive limited technical information about how the website is used, such as device, browser, approximate location and page interactions, but only where the relevant optional technologies are enabled and your choice permits them.
Where you allow advertising measurement, we may collect a limited campaign record, including Google click identifiers, campaign labels and the first relevant page visited. We retain only the approved campaign fields and page path, not the complete landing-page address or unrelated query information. The local record expires after 30 days or is removed when advertising consent is withdrawn. A copy submitted with an enquiry follows the enquiry-retention period below.

An enquiry that does not become a client engagement is normally kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact. We may keep it for longer where reasonably necessary for a legal obligation, dispute, security matter or agreed ongoing relationship. Client engagement files follow the retention requirements applicable to that engagement.
Subject to the law that applies, you may ask whether we hold information about you and request access, correction, deletion, restriction or an objection to certain uses.
